เครื่อง Spectrophotometer รุ่น V – 5100 ยี่ห้อ Metash
UV-VIS spectrophotometer เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์สารโดยอาศัยหลักการดูดกลืนรังสีของสารที่อยู่ในช่วง Ultraviolet (UV) และ Visible (VIS) ความยาวคลื่นประมาณ 190 – 1000 nm ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสารอินทรีย์ สารประกอบเชิงซ้อน หรือสารอนินทรีย์ ทั้งที่มีสีและไม่มีสี สารแต่ละชนิดจะดูดกลืนรังสีในช่วงความยาวคลื่นที่แตกต่างกันและปริมาณการดูดกลืนรังสีก็ขึ้นอยู่กับความเข้มของสารนั้น
โดยเครื่อง Spectrophotometer ยี่ห้อ METASH รุ่น V – 5100 สามารถใช้ได้ที่ความยาวคลื่น 325 – 1000 nm และสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับอุปกรณ์เสริม เช่น เครื่อง Print และ Auto-Cell Holder
